Sharing ideas, visions, learnings, practices, even talents... and pooling assets to develop new solutions together.

Since April 2014, Wecoo has organised more than 1,400 meetings between 4 to 5 managers, around topics of common interest. These meetings have been fed by more than 1,000 individual interviews with these leaders, to identify the expectations, challenges, projects, learnings and practices of their organisations. 
The 2,500 insights gathered and structured in this way highlighted just how colossal the challenges and societal changes we are facing are. This highly challenging context is placing innovation and transformation at the heart of our concerns.
More and more organisations are convinced that to face up to these challenges, they will have to engage more in sharing and cooperation with other organisations.

It is with this in mind that Randstad and Wecoo are starting a collaboration this autumn 2023, with 34 meetings planned from September 2023.
